User Research and Design Journey

The problem I focused on

The Sleep toolkit encompasses senior audiences who either know someone or suffer from peripheral neuropathy themselves. The landing page needed to have features that were easy to navigate. It included long form of written content, videos, graphics as well as byte-size content in the form of FAQs.

The toolkit attempts to provide users with inclusive ways to access content through multiple channels and an easy navigation pathway.

Redefining the Designs

Multiple rounds of the usability studies helped refine the final designs and provided these insights:

  • Users wanted the FAQ’s to have increased spacing between buttons and a way to minimize the tab after reading.

  • Users wanted a colour other than the brand red to highlight key information.
